Login Tips for SynAudCon Online

In the first 18 days since the new synaudcon.com went live we have had more than 6,000 visitors, more than 2,000 updates to member profiles and more than 800 visits to our online registration / renewal system. We are very proud that almost all of these have been successful. We want to make your experience on synaudcon.com as easy as possible, a few people have had some minor problems (most of which we have corrected). We encourage you to report any issues you experience or suggestions for improvements through out Tech Support Contact Form.

Some helpful hints that will assist you in properly using the site.

All Users

• Javascript must be enabled to use SynAudCon.
• You must also enable cookies

Current SynAudCon Members – login instructions

• Email Address – use the email address that SynAudCon Announcements are sent
• Password – Your initial password is your member ID#. If you do not remember your Member ID, please use the forgot password feature. Once you are login, change your password in the your profile under preferences.

Individuals Who Are Receiving SynAudCon Announcements But Are Not Members

• If you are getting SynAudCon announcements, you are in our system. Please login in using your email address and use the “forgot password feature” for your initial login. This will allow you to update your record without creating a duplicate record.

Firefox Users

If you experience any issue with logging in or using our cart system please clear your cookies and cache.

Operating Systems

Full functionality has not been tested on Linux OS. If you are a Linux user and are interested in helping use optimize for please contact us.
