How is the online training categorized?

We will have three levels – 100, 200, 300. The level represents the hierarchy of the topics. The name beside the level represents the topic.

Tell me about the topics.

We are constantly developing new material. We presently only offer Level 100 – Principles of Audio. We will roll out additional training as production progresses. When available, the higher levels of training are priced separately from SynAudCon Membership/Level 100.

May I share the video content I purchase with others?

Purchased online video content is intended to be viewed by the Member who purchased it and by that Member ONLY. Online video content CANNOT be shared. Sharing purchased SynAudCon online video content is a violation of the terms and conditions of this site. All actions are logged, and this policy will be strictly enforced. We appreciate your cooperation in this as it allows us to actively develop new material and keep the price low for everyone.

Are Memberships transferable?

No, the membership is not transferable.

Is there a time limit on watching the online training?

Level 100 online training is included in SynAudCon membership. The online training will expire when your memberships expires. Membership is renewed at a discounted rate. However, if you allow your membership to lapse, you will no longer get the discounted price. SynAudCon will send email reminders at various intervals as your expiration date approaches to assist you in keeping your Membership current.

Are your online courses approved for CEU’s (Continuing Education Units)?

The current offering of online content is approved for CEU’s. You will be required to pass a test associated with the Course before a CEU certificate is issued. The test is an additional charge of $49.00USD.

Testing is optional and only necessary to receive CEU’s and the certificate of completion.

After passing the test you have the option to download a certificate of completion. The certificate will include the information that you will need for the Continuing Education Units.

How do I ask questions regarding the Level 100 training?

We have created a Support Forum for Level 100 training. You may post your questions there. We will make every effort to answer questions within 24-hours.

Is there phone support for Level 100 training?

No. All support is through the Level 100 forum. This will allow us to build a strong, efficient support resource.
